Welcome to SystemFlow Automation ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

SystemFlow Automation provides AI-powered phone agents, automation systems, CRM integrations, and related services designed to capture and manage leads.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue increases

Performance depends on many external factors beyond our control, including your business, market conditions, and usage of the system.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the system in compliance with all laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal, abusive, or deceptive activities

4. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Our services use artificial intelligence and automated systems. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving how the system is used in your business.

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on third-party providers such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), ElevenLabs, Twilio, and others.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.

6. Payment & Billing

All fees (setup and monthly) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the service. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. However:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
  • Setup fees are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SystemFlow Automation shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Missed leads or opportunities
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SystemFlow Automation from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

10. Data & Privacy

We may collect and process data necessary to operate our services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party issues.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the Company operates.
