Usage notifications are provided before the monthly calling-minute limit is reached. Additional calling minutes are billed at $0.50 per minute. One-time setup fees cover onboarding, configuration, testing, and launch and are billed separately from subscription charges. Setup fees are due before implementation begins. Subscription billing begins when the system is activated. If launch is delayed by missing client information, approvals, or access, subscription billing may begin 14 days after the system is ready for activation.
